It actually kind of hurt to read, in a strange fucked up i-can't-believe-that-happened way.
It was almost... surreal. If that makes any sense whatever.
"Just a few months before the show, Kyo called me on the phone.
"I can’t take it anymore. Before a lot of things start, I want to quit."
"What’s your reason?"
"I don’t get along with the members."
During one show, between songs, Kyo was banging his head on the stage set, which was from this frustration.
As I asked further questions, I found out from Kyo: "When I remember that the other members are not desperate, I felt like a fool for having all these wounds."
According to Manager Inoue, he received the same concern from Kyo the next day, but he (Kyo) calmed down when he saw a member trying to improve his weak point. However, later on after a show that was so-so, he saw the member talking friendly to a staff. With this as a reason, Kyo concluded, "There is no critical feeling. I don’t feel any seriousness." And he exploded with disgruntlement.
I used to be a vocalist and I’m sorry for the other members, but I tend to sympathize with the vocalist’s opinion. I also had a similar experience so at this time, Kyo’s words sounded true to me. However, putting aside my feelings, concerning my position, I must be fair. I spoke to the other members. They have noticed Kyo’s irritation, but weren’t all that worried. When ruptures began to form within the band, Kyo’s irritation accelerated and desired to do what he wanted to do.
"I want to do this, but I can’t do it in this band," and hinted for solo activities to Inoue various times. "
That's pretty much the only part that was.. ehh, hard to read. It's strange to think that when they were just getting to Europe, Kyo wanted to leave..
It's from Dynamite Tommy's ..blog(?) I believe. Called "Dir en grey's Real Face" >_o
